Monica Martini, MA, LCMHC, NCC, CCMHC, CCMC, RPT
I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor interested in improving the well-being of others by helping them grow emotionally and in their pursuit of happiness. I'm also a certified facilitator of parenting education groups based on the positive discipline theory, a National Certified Counselor, a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, a Certified Clinical Military Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist.
I've been working with children and families most of my professional life. I'm fascinated by how people’s minds work and develop. When working with adults, I love to understand how they became who they are and how they can make their lives more fulfilling. In my sessions, I also utilized somatic techniques (Sensorimotor Psychotherapy) and EMDR.
The most important skills I have to offer you as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor are compassion and a sincere interest in helping you regain emotional and behavioral health.
